Workshop in Berlin – in depth discussions on Uncertainty Modelling Framework (UMF)

Workshop in Berlin – 19-20 January 2016.

All the partners of U-Test project gave their collaborative work a big boost in the beginning of 2016 with an important project meeting/workshop on 19-20 January 2016 in Berlin.

The main purpose of the meeting was for having more in-depth discussion on modelling the two case studies to reach an agreement for the Uncertainty Modelling Framework (UMF).

The meeting agenda also reserved time for discussing the contents of the deliverable for work package 2 (UMF), an initial plan for the related work packages WP3, WP4, and the next activities.

During the two-day meeting, all the participants actively contributed greatly and we reached decisions – the workshop fulfilled its purpose.

The two case studies were presented and discussed extensively and research partners presented their modelling solutions and techniques.

The models specifying one of the case studies were proposed and discussed in details.

After constructive discussions, all partners came to an agreement on the approach and the next steps to proceed.

Later in the second day, the remaining items of the meeting had been discussed and concluded.

In general, the meeting was successful, thanks to all the participants and the great hosts at Fraunhofer FOKUS in Berlin. Thanks to everyone that contributed!
